China Town, located at Lumley Beach in Freetown, Sierra Leone, engages in restaurant, bar, hotel, beauty salon and supermarket. It occupies 3500 m2 (W: 50m x L: 70m) with a 750 m2 beach (W: 50m x L: 15m).
The owner of the China Town is going to sell it wholly, including the land leased, house property, equipment and facilities, and goods in stock, at the negotiable price of $3,000,000 (Say THREE MILLION USD).
