The mission of the ECCO is to practise the significant Three Representative Conception; Implement Chinese Government’s internal and external trade policies and strategical development plan on global economic cooperation. The Four Principles that the Office adheres to are Respect and equally treats with each other; Improve the Political harmony by economic policies; Realize mutual benefit and co-development; Adopt various means and focus on actual result.
In pursuance of the functional guide line of providing information and service, conducting coordination and research, undertaking negotiation and protection, the Office will improve its working level, enhance the economic and trade cooperation between China and Sierra Leone, and provides informed service for CPC Central Committee and State Council’s decision making, for China’s regional development and enterprises expansion as well as the general strategy of China’s Foreign Affairs and Commerce.
